1. Ownership & Hosting Access
- All domains and hosting services are purchased under the Developer’s business account.
- The Developer retains access and control of the cPanel hosting environment.
- Upon project completion, the Client receives full WordPress admin access to their website.
- cPanel access will not be granted, as the hosting is part of a corporate shared infrastructure.
- If the Client wishes to move the website to independent hosting, the Developer will:
- Provide a full website export (files + database)
- Offer optional migration service (one-time fee applies)
2. Project Timeline & Content
- Project begins upon deposit and full receipt of required content (text, images, logo).
- Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days (subject to content delivery and feedback).
- Delays in content delivery by the Client may delay the final deadline.
- If no content is received within 10 days, the Developer may place the project on hold.
3. Revisions Policy
- Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions during the design phase.
- Additional revisions or major design changes are billed extra (or as agreed).
- Revisions do not include changes in scope (e.g., additional features, extra pages).
4. Monthly Maintenance Subscriptions
- Subscriptions begin after project handover and are billed monthly in advance.
- Covered services:
- Updates (core, theme, plugins)
- Backups and malware monitoring
- Minor content changes (per plan limits)
- Not included:
- Major redesigns or new features
- Plugin licensing beyond initial install
- API integrations, ecommerce setup
- Late payments (>5 days) may result in service suspension until balance is cleared.
5. Out-of-Scope Services (Optional Extras)
Services outside the original plan are not included and require a separate quote. Examples:
- WooCommerce / Online Store setup
- API integrations or booking systems
- Custom plugin development
- Logo or graphic design
- SEO campaigns or paid ad management
6. Copyright & Attribution
- The Client owns the website and content upon full payment.
- The Developer retains the right to showcase the project in their portfolio.
- Developer attribution (e.g., “Website by [Your Name]”) may be included in the site footer.
- Removal requires written consent or an additional fee.
7. Communication & Support
- Standard support is via email or ticketing system, with a 48h response time.
- Support does not include live chat or phone support unless specified in your plan or agreement.
- Emergency technical issues are handled with reasonable urgency.
8. Cancellation & Termination
- The Client may cancel the monthly maintenance with 15 days written notice.
- No refunds are given for services already delivered or in progress.
- The Developer reserves the right to terminate a contract in cases of abuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.
9. Liability Limitation
- The Developer is not liable for:
- Downtime due to external hosting issues
- Hacking or security breaches due to weak passwords or client-side errors
- Third-party service failures (e.g., Google, SMTP, DNS providers)
